What is pneumatic fenders?
 
 
The Pneumatic Rubber Fenders are kind of a cylindrical air-bag with hemispherical heads at both end. 
Basic body construction of this fender consists of an outer rubber layer, cord layers and inner rubber layer.
 All of these are vulcanized together. End flanges are at both end for convenience of air charge and other 
purposes.

Pneumatic Fenders Description:
 
 
1, Safe for exceed load—the reaction force of marine rubber fender does not increase sharply even under 
exceed load. Therefore, these fenders performance extremely well under such condition and, as a result,
 protect ships and dock facilities.
 
2, No deterioration or variation in performance
 
—because marine rubber fender utilize the compressive elasticity of air, performance deterioration due to 
fatigue is completely absent. The performance of those fenders remains unchanged at extremely low 
temperatures, even below -50
 
3, Safety reliably---Nanhai No.1 marine rubber fender are constructed using several layers of strong tyre cord and therefore 
are extremely resistant to pressure and cutting. The larger sizes(dia.2.5m upward) are fitted with safety 
valve to prevent accidents in the event of over compression.
 
4, Construction—the fender body is constructed of an inner rubber, reinforcing cord rubber and outer
 rubber layer.
